Selecting "Stamp" in the card type section, we get to the card settings menu, where you can choose:

1. Language of the card - in the drop-down list select the language you want.

2. Card validity period:

  • Unlimited
  • Fixed term - you independently determine the validity period of the card, which is calculated from the date of creation of the card.

  • Fixed term after card registration - the validity of the card will start to be calculated only from the moment of its registration by the client.

3. Stamp life

  • Unlimited
  • Fixed term - The stamp will be valid until the term you set. After the selected term expires, the stamps will burn out.

  • Fixed time after receiving stamps - the life of a stamp starts counting from the moment you receive it. When the next stamp is received, the counter is reset and starts counting again.

4. Locations

Here you can set up a location for the card to send geo-push notifications. Within 330 feet of locations, users with cards will have a push message on their smartphone screen.

5. Card issuance form - the specified settings will be displayed in the form when your client registers the card on his device. 

You can select the mandatory fields in the form by activating and deactivating the checkbox on the right. You can also set which of the fields should be unique. We recommend that you leave only the phone number unique. 

By clicking on the cross you can delete unnecessary fields.

The "add field" button allows you to add additional fields to the form.


6. Phone Number Mask - Select the phone number mask from the drop-down list so that your client, when entering the phone number in the card issuance form, will enter valid phone numbers.

7. Personal Data Policy - you can edit the preset text and include or exclude this information from the card issuance form.

8. Show logo at card issuing form - allows you to display your logo in the card issue form (the logo is loaded in the next installation section). If the logo is disabled or not loaded, the Boomerangme logo will be displayed in the card issuance form.

9. Show Background Color on Card Issuing Form - option to use the background color of your choice (also set in the next installation section) or leave transparent.


The next step in creating a card is design.

In this section, you can select the number of stamps to display on the card - this is the number of stamps that the client needs to get for the award.


Next, choose the icon of the active and inactive stamp. You can choose from the suggested templates or upload your own.

The minimum file size is 200 x 200 pixels. PNG format only. 3 megabytes.


The next step is to load your logo, icons and background under the spurs and select colors.

The logo will be displayed on the card itself and on the card issuance form (if the logo display is enabled in the previous section of the settings). Recommended size: 480x150 pixels. Minimum height is 150 pixels. PNG format only.

The icon is displayed in sent push notifications. Recommended icon size: 87x87 pixels. The image must be square. PNG format only. 3 megabytes.

Background under stamps. You can upload an image for the background or not upload and choose a specific color in the settings below. Minimum file size is 1125 x 432 pixels. PNG format only. 3 megabytes.

Then you can customize the colors yourself:

  • Card background
  • Stamp background
  • Background under the stamps
  • Text color
  • Outline color
  • Active stamp color
  • Inactive stamp color

Preview of the card is implemented in the personal cabinet.

Field names - here you can select from a drop-down list the names of the fields to be displayed on the card.


The final stage of creating your card is to fill out the information.

The text fields that you fill in by yourself according to your loyalty program will be displayed in the card information:

  • Card Description - a brief gist of your loyalty system
  • How to earn the stamp - actions that client must do to get the stamp
  • Company name - name of your company, brand, trademark
  • Reward description - the reward that the customer will get when he/she gets all stamps
  • Earned Stamp Message - the text that will be sent to the customer with a push notification when the conditions for receiving a stamp are met
  • Earned Reward Message - text that will be sent to the client by push notification when conditions for receiving the award are met (when the client collects enough stamps)

  • Number of stamps when issuing the card - you can accrue welcome stamps to the client when the client installs the card on his device
  • Multi rewards - additional rewards that the client can get when he gets a certain number of stamps (determined by you yourself), if the field is not filled in, then the reward will be credited when he reaches the maximum number of stamps.
  • Redeem reward automatically? - After accumulating the required number of stamps the award will be written off automatically during the next visit.
  • Referral program is available starting from the Optimal tariff. It is the way of goods or services promotion through recommendations. The company offers the clients to recommend its product to their friends and get a reward for it.
  • Get bonus at the moment when - the parameter defines when to charge a reward to a referrer and a referral: at the moment of the first visit (when a referral uses a card) or at the moment of issuing a card to a referral.

  • Stamps count for referrer - reward for the client who shared the card. 
  • Stamps count for new client - reward for the client who installed the card by recommendation.
  • Active links - your contact information: address, phone, email, URL. Will be displayed as clickable links in the form of text, which you specify in the details of the card.

  • Feedback links - if your company is registered on any service where you can leave reviews, add a link. In this case, if the client positively evaluates the visit, he will be automatically redirected to the page of your company in the service, where he will be able to leave his positive feedback. 
  • Terms of use - brief terms and conditions for using the loyalty card. Describe the main points of your program.
  • Link to the full terms and conditions (optional) - if your site contains the full terms of the loyalty program, leave the link so the client can read them

  • Issuer Information - here you need to specify information about your company. Company name - your brand or trademark, email and phone number.


When all the settings are made, click "Finish". 

A window will appear with a QR code and a link to download the card. You can download the card to your device before activation to see how it will look like.  As long as you have not activated the card, it is possible to make edits to all parameters.



After activation it will be impossible to edit the following card parameters:

  • Card type
  • Loyalty program terms
  • Card expiration date
  • Issuing form details

Click the "Activate" button to complete the card creation process.
