After connecting the domain and setting up the White Label section, you can start to work with the Agency account.
1. Click on the “Crown” icon in your dashboard
2. If for any reason, you are not able to set up the Agency account by yourself, we can do it for you
3. If you switch to “Sub-accounts” in your dashboard you can:
a) Add sub-accounts
You will need to enter the subaccount’s information (First Name, Last Name, Phone number, Email address, password), choose the Plan and click on add.
b) Check the statistics (day, week, month, year, all time, or choose the period)
c) See the number of free/available sub-accounts
d) See the information about the sub-account (name, registration date plan, renewal date)
If you click on the user’s name, it will switch to the subaccount’s profile page where you can check the customer’s business, personal information, and the latest transactions:
4. When you switch to the “Payments” section, you can see transaction details and choose daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, all-time’s, and period statistics for sub-sections:
a) “Recent transactions”
b) “Upcoming renewals”
c) “Delinquency in payment”
5. In the “Plans” section you can
a) Set up the rates for each tariff by clicking on “edit”
You can change currency, set up the cost per month for the annual/quarter/month plan, change the tariff’s name, and see the preview
b) Currently, the option “Add promo codes” is developing, and it’s inactive
6. If you go to the “Settings” section, you can edit Account (personal) settings
a) Plans
b) Company info (personal)
c) Payment system
d) API (personal key for external integrations)
In the “Settings” section, you can also edit Business (agency) settings
e) Agency information (the information about you that sub-accounts can check + you can add your terms of Use)
f) White Label (check the reseller’s first step to get more information on how to set up this section)
g-h-i) “Team”, “Referral Program” and “Insider Program” options are developing. Hope for your understanding!
